Have you ever been interested in cooking & baking? Wondered how all of your favorite dishes and deserts are made? If you answered yes to these two questions you are in luck. This upcoming spring semester I will introduce you, the students, to the concepts of cooking & baking and how culinary artists & master chefs go about making all kinds of foods that keeps our appetites running, while keeping kitchen etiquette in mind. We’ll would create various dishes that range from making empanadas de queso to baking a red velvet cake. Doesn't that sound yummy?
